After your signature is received by the package carrier, you will need photos and videos of the package undisturbed and then being opened to file a complaint afterwards if the package carrier will accept one.

It is our package until it is delivered to you with our without a signature upon delivery. After the package is delivered to you it is your package. Jackson Tint and Sound is not responsible for package tampering, damage, and or but also not limited to theft after delivery is complete.

Jackson Tint and Sound will not reimburse any package for damage after shipping is completed without proof of damage before your signature is received by the carrier. We will also offer NO compensation for any customer waiving a 'signature upon delivery' nor we will offer compensation until we have been approved for compensation by the carriers insurance policy.
