Do you offer online sales and shipping for 3M window film?
No.
We cannot offer the online sale and shipping of 3M Window Film without installation in accordance with our 3M Window Film Dealer Contract in any way whatsoever.
Do you offer online sales and shipping for Switchable Window Film?
Yes!
We offer the online sale and shipping of Switchable Window Film through our in house design and engineering team. Our 'Time and Materials' would be billable to complete your order process.
All online customers are 100% responsible for providing exact in-field measurements, contracting an install team, and also but not limited to a licensed and certified electrical contractor. Jackson Tint and Sound is not responsible for Customer incorrectly measured windows, incorrectly requested bus bar placement, or any onsite installation without an 'installation contract' with Jackson Tint and Sound.
Ordering is generally quite simple. You have more work to do than we do!
Larger projects may require more extensive electrical engineering and process planning. This would increase our 'T&M' costs. We can either offer installation services to your door and/or help you find an experienced install team in your area.
Is everything you offer listed on your store?
No.
We are currently a small outfit that strives to offer the best service possible. Unfortunately, there is not enough time in the day at this present time to list every single thing we offer for sale. But we are growing and hope to provide you with a larger online catalog as we progress our services!
We offer anything for sale by any of our manufacturers and more! Our shipping restrictions are listed in our Terms of Service.
Certain installation accessories like radio dash kits and wiring harness adapters and speaker trim rings that we may not have listed on our site yet is simply because we may not have had that vehicle in our shop before or have simply not needed that part by now. It might even be a new part!
If there is anything you need that you can't find in our online catalog, please send us a request for information. We will strive to answer your requests as soon as possible.
I have a 'pickup in store only' item that I need to add to my cart. Will you ship it?
We cannot offer the sale of 'pickup in store only' items over online sales channels due to our current retail sales agreement with that manufacturer. We are working hard with our manufacturers to allow us to sell these items to you soon.
If you need 'pickup in store only' stereo gear added to a bulk sale to complete your project, please contact us directly for alternative methods of in-store-sales-channel purchases.
I found an item cheaper and available from another store but would like to purchase from your store. Will you match the price?
We do our best to offer our customers the minimum allowed price set by any manufacturer. Some items like installation accessories have no minimum allowed price and are subject to fluctuations in final advertised pricing due to our market and territory.
In either case, if our price is a dealbreaker for you, then we kindly ask that you please contact us directly and provide us with the link to your second option for purchase. We will then do our best to accommodate your price change request. In this scenario, we would do our best with an understanding that free shipping for you and the cost of doing business is not free for us!
We absolutely will decline to compete with any Amazon, Ebay or other online auction and discount equipment site. These online suppliers are generally not authorized to do so and would be out of compliance with a any reputable Manufacturer's retail sales agreement.
I ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?
We do not offer free return shipping in this scenario. But that doesn't mean we won't take it back. Please review our Terms of Service and our Return and Shipping Policies under the Info tab for up to date information.
Our product application charts and search engines are comprised of real world shop experience and manufacturer catalog information that my be incorrect or incomplete.
You are 100% responsible for checking to make sure that the product connectors and functionality fit your exact year make and model of vehicle. We don't have your vehicle, we can only provide our best estimate and information we can muster. We may most likely offer an exchange on a case by case scenario within our policy guidelines.
If you need an updated manual or installation guide from our website to confirm your research, please send us a request for information and we will get it done. We take a lot of pride in providing as much information as possible online, for you and our technicians.

I did not receive the product that I ordered. How do I return it?
In this scenario, this would most likely be our fault. In this uniquely rare yet human scenario, the incorrect unopened product will need to be received back at our shop before we ship the correct product replacement that you ordered back to you. We will pay for and send you a return shipping label upon final approval from us.
In which case we would offer our deepest apologies for this inconvenience and provide an immediate turn around to you once the incorrect product is returned and checked for compliance with the following terms.

How do I achieve warranty service or a package carrier insurance claim for a product that I purchased from your store?
In the unfortunate scenario that you would require warranty service or repair of your equipment purchased from our store and due to repetitive shipping, all warranties should be filed on your behalf directly with the manufacturer. In very rare but immediate 'upon opening and firing up' cases, we may offer to replace the product for you. In all other instances we do not warranty online purchases we did not open and install.
Every order with free shipping will be insured and charged to you at the time of checkout including a 'Signature Upon Delivery' for orders over $200.
If you suspect your package is damaged or has been subject to foul play and tampering, you must notate with the shipper before signing and or accepting the shipment. After your signature is received by the package carrier, you will need photos and videos of the package undisturbed and then being opened to file a complaint afterwards if the package carrier will accept one.
It is our package until it is delivered to you with our without a signature upon delivery. After the package is delivered to you it is your package. Jackson Tint and Sound is not responsible for package tampering, damage, and or but also not limited to theft after delivery is complete.
Jackson Tint and Sound will not reimburse any package for damage after shipping is completed without proof of damage before your signature is received by the carrier. We will also offer NO compensation for any customer waiving a 'signature upon delivery' nor we will offer compensation until we have been approved for compensation by the carriers insurance policy. We hope to offer you better terms as we grow our business in the future!
If however we failed to properly pack the contents of your package within reason, we would offer our deepest apologies for our human error and inconvenience and provide an immediate turn around to you once the damaged product is returned or until 'proof of our fault' is received and checked for compliance with the following terms.
