This vehicle-specific line output converter features a T-harness that installs quickly and makes it easy for installers to add an amplifier for subwoofers or speakers to a factory radio. A Gain Controller is included to adjust overall output, and it is 12v-500mA remote-wire activated with signal sense.

This generation of Ford’s popular crossover delivers new levels of technology and interior design, all packaged in a sleek new body. Unfortunately, the stock audio systems are still lacking in the bass reproduction department.
Featuring an all-fiberglass, sealed enclosure design, JL's Stealthbox® fits behind the passenger side rear cargo panel, in the same location as the optional factory subwoofer. Housing one of JL's revolutionary TW1 thinline subwoofer drivers, this Stealthbox® generates impressive, high-quality bass, without losing any of your precious cargo space or interior functionality.
The Hard Data: Contains one 10TW1-2 in a sealed enclosure. 300 watt power handling. Wired for 2 ohms mono. Installs behind passenger side rear cargo panel. Includes black steel mesh woofer grille. Installation requires removal of OEM “subwoofer”, if vehicle is so equipped, and permanent modification to rear cargo panel to install supplied cargo panel grille.

Ford's crossover delivers an ideal combination of people space and cargo space, without resorting to the bulky packaging of a traditional SUV. This doesn't leave a lot of extra room for a traditional subwoofer solution, though.
The answer to this quandary is JL Audio's completely hidden Stealthbox® which installs behind the passenger side rear cargo panel and is engineered to provide optimal sonic performance thanks to the W3v3 driver it houses. You get to keep all your cargo space and all your people space (even in the third row), but you get to get to have your bass come alive with real JL Audio quality, too.
The Hard Data: Contains one 10W3v3-2 in a sealed enclosure. 500 watt power handling. Wired for 2 ohm mono. Installs behind passenger side cargo area trim panel. Installation requires permanent modification to the factory trim panel and removal of OEM “subwoofer” if vehicle is so equipped. Will not fit Lincoln MKX models equipped with THX® II Certified Audio System. Installation requires relocation of OEM amplifier.
