Now you can add deep, accurate bass in your truck without compromising valuable cabin space with the new R2-DB8V-TRK dual 8” Alpine Halo R-Series preloaded truck subwoofer enclosure with the ProLink system and amplifier space.
The enclosures were intentionally crafted to fit most full-size trucks. Two 8” subwoofers are preloaded into a compact enclosure for under the seat installation and linked with a ProLink bracket that can adjust from 51”-40”. Centered on the enclosures is an integrated amplifier mount tray that’s optimized for Alpine’s S-A75M Mono Power Amplifier (sold separately). Rubber “feet” are adjustable in height to accommodate uneven truck floors.
These ported subwoofer enclosures feature the next-generation 8” R-Series subwoofers with a more powerful motor that creates deeper bass while Alpine’s High Amplitude Multi-Roll (HAMR) surround technology allows the subwoofer cone to efficiently move air while staying cool for incredible accuracy. A new ceramic composite dust cap has higher heat resistance that ensures non-stop bass performance.
Alpine’s new preloaded truck subwoofer enclosures join the Alpine Halo family with a premium, unmistakable design. The enclosure pulls design cues from the Alpine Halo display with unique, curved edges outlined by a silver trim and a front link bracket cover with an Alpine logo badge. The ultra-versatile XDM800/8 delivers eight channels of crystal-clear, full-range power and is capable of delivering a whopping 100-watts to each of its channels @ 2-ohms (14.4V, 1% THD). The technology that makes this much power possible in such a compact chassis is JL's advanced NexD high-speed switching design, which permits full bandwidth Class-D operation with extremely low distortion and remarkable efficiency.
Suitable for car or boat installations, the XDM800/8 is built with marine-grade materials and features an exclusive, dual-mode input filter for noise-free performance in boats or cars. Automatic turn-on capability (via signal sensing or DC-offset sensing) is also onboard for easy factory system upgrades.
The XDM800/8 includes a 12dB / octave filter for each channel bank, which can be configured as a low-pass or high-pass filter, and offers continuously variable cutoff frequency selection from 50-500Hz. With the addition of an optional HD-RLC or MHD-RLC (water-resistant) remote level controller (each sold separately), you have the ability to adjust the level of two, four, or all eight amplifier channels directly from the driver's seat or cockpit.

Upgrade the sound system with this cost-effective, easy-to-install DSP“Lite” package that includes a vehicle-specific T-harness along with an amplifier bypass harness. It works with OEM or aftermarket radios to take fixed level/digitally controlled analog audio and convert it to 6 channels of analog signal for use with an aftermarket amplifier or DSP.
Retain Features with a Built-in InterfaceWhile this may be a “Lite” version, it still provides retention of many important vehicle functions utilizing Axxess’s cutting-edge technology. It features chime control, retains OEM voice prompts and sonar sensors, and has clipping detection and limiting circuits, going beyond what a traditional DSP can do.
Complete Tuning ControlThere are 4 inputs and 6 outputs, including front, rear and subwoofer, and the front and rear outputs can be delayed independently up to 10ms. Full tuning control settings are adjusted via a smart device application for tablets or mobile phones and can be password-protected once set up. Once tuning has been completed, installers can password-protect their settings to prevent anyone else from adjusting, and the information is stored for future recall.
