The new lightweight and rigid glass fiber-reinforced cone material allows for extreme movement and low distortion which results in an incredibly accurate and clean sound during playback.
The Next-Generation R-Series speakers utilize a ferrite magnet, different from the neodymium from previous generations, and a larger motor structure that contributes to more mid-bass during the playback. Despite the larger motor structure, the speakers still maintain the same depth for easy installation.

These 6.5-inch speakers in the SPV-65X-WRA are tuned specifically for the JK’s in-cabin environment and fit into the factory speaker locations for an easy update that will impress your ears.
The SPV-65X-WRA comes with adapters that allow the speakers to be installed as a component set by mounting the tweeters into the tombstones of older JKs or onto the dash for newer JKs. For older JKs that have a sound bar, the adapters convert the speakers into a coaxial design so they can be installed into the sound bar.
Driving with the top off is part of the fun of owning a Wrangler, but sometimes you get caught off-guard with the top down and inclement weather. The SPV-65X-WRA is weather resistant and rated IP55, so it’s protected from limited dust ingress and low-pressure water spray from any direction.

It employs the same technologies as its larger diameter brethren to deliver a whopping 0.35 in. (8.9 mm) one-way linear excursion.
The 6W3v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 50W - 150W range and is optimized to operate in a tiny 0.15 cu. ft. (4.2 l) sealed enclosure, or a 0.25 cu. ft. ported enclosure. Detailed enclosure recommendations can be found in the "Specifications" tab.

To facilitate fit, multi-application adaptor rings are included for the C1-650 woofers, allowing easy, drop-in installation in vehicles equipped with oversized 6.5-inch and 6.75-inch speaker openings. Without the ring, the woofers will also fit into many "6-inch" speaker locations as well. Surface and flush mounts are included with C1 tweeters for maximum installation versatility.
C1 woofer drivers benefit from proprietary FEA modeling and JL Audio's expertise in low-frequency driver design. This knowledge is used to create speakers that can play loudly, while maintaining a smooth, dynamic, low distortion sound. At the core of the C1-650 is a proprietary, stamped, steel 6.50-inch (165 mm) frame and a DMA-optimized motor system. A mineral-filled, injection-molded polypropylene cone is suspended with a rubber surround on the front, and a carefully engineered flat Conex® spider at the top of the voice coil, to precisely control the voice coil's motion. With the Evolution® C3 Convertible Component Systems, the same product can be deployed in either configuration, delivering outstanding audio power and quality in each application.
The C3-650 system features 6.5-inch (165 mm) component woofers with oversized 1.2-inch (30.5 mm) voice coils, mineral-filled polypropylene cones and injection-molded polymer baskets. The woofer design benefits from JL Audio's vast woofer design experience and advanced modeling systems.
The C3 tweeters are built with 1-inch silk dome diaphragms that deliver powerful, extended response, on and off axis. Flush-mounting and surface-mounting fixtures are included to fit a wide variety of installation needs. They can also be mounted onto the woofers in a coaxial format using the included fixtures.
C3 crossover networks are compact and built with premium component parts, including Mylar® capacitors and segmented air-core inductors. Four levels of tweeter attenuation are provided, as well as three levels of mid-range presence adjustment, for twelve possible voicing combinations!

Benefiting from vast woofer design experience and advanced modeling systems of JL Audio, the 6.5" (165 mm) C6 component woofers feature purpose-engineered, cast alloy frames outfitted with our Elevated Frame Cooling technology. A DMA-optimized, forged and machined motor system generates outstanding midbass impact with ultra-low distortion.
The 1" (25 mm) C6 component tweeters feature edge-driven pure silk dome diaphragms for smooth high-frequency performance with remarkable off-axis response and damping. Distortion and non-linearities have been minimized through critical optimization of dynamic motor and suspension behaviors.
Passive crossover networks are not included with C7 drivers, as they are designed for active systems. Instead, we recommend a high-quality tuning DSP, such as the JL Audio TwK™ 88 or D8, and a dedicated amplifier channel for each C7 loudspeaker in the system. Precise setup of equalization, delay and crossover filters will ensure optimal in-vehicle performance.
C7-650cw Design Notes:Cone and Dust Cap: Vacuum-formed, mineral-filled polypropylene material offers excellent damping and low mass. The cone body features a gentle curvilinear profile to optimize response. A specially shaped dust cap attaches to the cone body and the voice coil former to improve high frequency behavior.
Suspension design: The moving assembly is suspended and damped via a large-diameter, linear profile spider formed from a Nomex®/polycotton blend, and a positive-roll, rubber surround. The two combine to provide optimum damping without prematurely restricting the C7-650cw's outstanding excursion capability.
Motor Design: The C7-650cw employs a high-density magnetic circuit with a high-grade Y35 Strontium-ferrite magnet, and a specially machined, T-Yoke motor topology. Motor magnetics have been precisely optimized utilizing advanced FEA tools to reduce distortion and provide linear motor force throughout the driver's performance range.
A 32 mm (1.27 inch) diameter, overhung voice coil is employed, wound with copper wire onto a fiberglass voice coil former. The oversized voice coil offers extended power handling capability, minimizing thermal compression and distortion at higher listening levels. Chassis Design: A purpose-engineered cast alloy basket is employed, featuring thin spokes to maximize rear open area, and our Patented Elevated Frame Cooling technology.

100-Watt 6.5-Inch Coaxial Speakers, 4-Ohm
These CS series 6.5" coaxial speakers by Kicker are a significant upgrade in your sound. A stamped-steel speaker driver chassis supports a rigid polypropylene cone and UV-treated foam surrounds that stand up to heat and direct sunlight. These 100W coaxial's have neodymium tweeter magnets allow for increased volume in high frequencies.
These Kicker CS series 6 and a 1/2" speakers work best with 100 watts of recommended power.

6.5-Inch 125-Watt Component or Coaxial Mountable Speaker System
Kicker KS-Series door-speakers let you play at concert-like volume while pleasing even the most selective ear. Internally dampened polypropylene cones and durable rubber surrounds assist the woofers in creating precise midrange and bass, while high-quality silk-dome tweeters deliver natural, detailed highs.
These 6.5" Kicker speakers component system with separate tweeters, or convert them to a coaxial system. The woofers’ removable bullet-style phase plug is replaced with a special adapter, allowing the 25 millimeter, silk-dome tweeters to rotate and tilt. You get more system design options and superior off-axis performance. They work best with 15 to 125 watts of recommended power. See below for more details.
